Elin matched each course with suitable wines from the Estate.
La Forge Estate wines symbolize the fusion of the old and new worlds of wine as well as the carefully selected grapes from their best-contracted vineyards. The range is an expressive, round and aromatic style, brightened up by a subtle dose of oak barrel aging.
