These wines are made by Viña MontGras, one of Chile’s most respected producers, known for its commitment to sustainability and innovation. Brisa de Verano comes from cooler areas of Chile’s Central Valley, where warm days and cool nights allow grapes to ripen slowly and develop vibrant, natural aromas, while maintaining naturally lower sugar and alcohol levels.
The winemaking process is carefully managed to preserve freshness and enhance flavour. Grapes are selectively harvested, fermented at cooler temperatures, and aged on lees to boost their texture, resulting in wines that are bright, balanced, and easy to enjoy.
