Happy Beaujolais Nouveau Day!
Today is the third Thursday of November 2019, which means it is the Beaujolais Nouveau Day!
The young Beaujolais wines will be released for sale this afternoon, just weeks after the wine’s grapes have been harvested! This years’ harvest has been small in size, only half the size of last years’ vintage. However, reports indicate that the wines are very commendable! As they say ‘quality over quantity’.

Good friends of ours and former owners of ‘The Sun Inn’, Mark and Lucy Fuller have published a book about their 11-year long journey through all the ups and downs, dramas and joys of transforming the inn.
The pair were kind enough to mention in the book how Janette McLaughlin (current EWGA’s Sales Director) went out of her ‘way to get to know us and found ways to add value to our business’.
