Wines From The EWGA Portfolio Continue to Receive Great Reviews

Amazing news as even more wines from our portfolio have received great reviews and praise from recent publications. Including wines from our Boizel and Eguren Ugarte ranges.

Simon Field Recommends The Valduero 6 Años Reserva

Valduero 6 Años Reserva received high praise from Simon Field MW as he recommends the best bottles to try from the Ribera del Duero region of Spain with the Valduero 6 Años Reserva being one of them. Simon Field is one of 416 Masters of Wine in the world and is a freelance writer where he has been able to write for prestigious publications such as Decanter.

Simon Field MW describes the wine: Nose of woodsmoke, bracken, charcuterie; a hint of balsam and mocha. The six years of ageing may call to mind Rioja, but nothing else does; this powerful and pure statement of a slowly evolving Ribera del Duero; the oak grip is still a strong one!
